After training tonight in a wet, muddy training pitch soaked to the skin the only argument that was put to me in favour of the scheme as planned was that "If we stop this now it will break the association in that it has gone too far to row back". My response is that if its wrong its wrong, grants are dangerous, a two tier assocaition will ensew and this is not the way to go if it is the intention to treat playrs appropiately.
